Bookings
Our preference is direct bookings through either, Booking.com, LekkeSlaap, Travel Ground, AirBnB, HotelsCombined, or Trivago.
We are a small establishment, and hence direct bookings will only be entertained by full upfront payment (minimum 14 days in advance – subject to availability)
Check In
Our check in time is between 13h00 and 17h00. Please arrange or notify us should you require too check in outside of these times.
Please note that on arrival a copy of guest's passport / ID book, security deposit (if deemed necessary) and details of motorcar will be requested.
Check Out
Our check out time from 6:00 to 10:00. Please note that late check outs impact on the other guests and such we reserve the right to charge an additional days rental. Any damages or losses noted from the rooms rented will be charged to the guest upon check out.
Payment
We accept payment by EFT, PayPal, MasterCard and Visa card. Please note that regardless of how deposits/accounts are paid, all bookings must be accompanied by credit card details valid until the last day of the booking. Deposit (Non Refundable)
To confirm a direct booking, we ask you for a 50% deposit upfront. Note that the deposit is non-refundable, unless we are able to resell your booked nights.
Cancellations
As we are a small establishment and rely heavily on advance bookings, so it is sometimes impossible for us to resell a room at short notice. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking can unfortunately not be refunded, unless we are able to rent the room out to another guest. At our discretion a PRO-RATA refund can be made for any night which we are able to reallocate to a new guest. All refunds are subject to a handling fee of R150. All cancellations must be in writing. Note bookings are not deemed cancelled until you receive a written reply from us which confirms the cancellation.
Children
The safety of children is of concern and importance to us. Due to the fact that our room have stairs to access the beds, and we have an open pool area, we generally prefer to only accommodate children above the age of 12. Note that children need to be supervised.
Non Smoking Rooms
All our rooms are non-smoking. However, both Loft 1 and Loft 2 has a private patio so we encourage our guest that smoke to book these lofts, or if unavailable, to smoke under the deck. Note guests who fail to adhere to this rule to not smoke in the rooms, will be charged a cleaning fee of R1500 to clean the contents of the room (to remove the smoke smell).
